REGISTRATION FOR FALL CLASSES

JULY 6th OPEN REGISTRATION BEGINS For NEW Families

and FORMER Families (who want to return)

Registration is accepted on a first come basis!
Register early for the best selection.
If you don't get your first choice this time, and have to settle for a second choice, you
will have priority registration the next time and will have your pick of any class!
Class sizes are limited to 12 children (over 10 months)

CLASS START DATES (FALL)
Classes will begin Tuesday, September 9th in North Kingstown
Most classes will be done by November 21st, with makeups to follow.

REFUNDS
Tuition is fully refundable up through the first day of class if you are not completely satisfied!
Classes missed (up to 2 unless there are special circumstances) can be made up
during the session but no refunds are given for missed classes.

When paying ONLINE your registration cannot be processed without full payment

You may pay by Visa/MasterCard/Paypal using my link to Paypal (you do not need a Paypal Account) .

When paying ONLINE please make sure you are registering for ONE CLASS ONLY -siblings are registered on the SAME registration form.

When Paying With A Credit Card Your Spot Is Confirmed Upon
Completion Of Your ONLINE Registration!

IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT IT WILL NOT OPEN UP!

There are often changes during the registration period and if

you let me know what you want, I may be able to accomodate your request!

TUITION:

Prices include all materials! You get a music CD (and a duplicate CD) and an
illustrated songbook of the collection of music we are working with each semester.

FIRST CHILD (Returning) ....... $155.00
For Current Families and Former Families (wishing to return)
Note: Current Families who are PRE-REGISTERING online will pay $150.00, reflecting the Early Registraton Discount that is offered.

FIRST CHILD (New) ............. $170.00 New Families Only!
(a one-time registration fee of $15.00 is included in this amount.)

SECOND CHILD (Returning and New) .. $ 90.00
(Infant siblings under 10 months at the start of a semester are FREE when attending with a registered sibling)
THIRD CHILD...............................FREE

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BEFORE FILLING OUT FORM BELOW:

IF you are PAYING ONLINE and are BRINGING A SECOND CHILD WHO IS
LESS THAN 10 MONTHS OLD as of September 9th, read on. . . .

-DO NOT register a child who is <10 months old as of September 9th on the ONLINE FORM below, as they are not officially taking up a paid "seat" in the class (and you will NOT be charged). However, they ARE just as important as any other student in the class and WILL BE on my roster.
-PLEASE leave me a NOTE in the "COMMENTS" box of the form telling me the NAME and DOB of this sibling who is <10 months old so I can count them in! Thank you!
